Terms of Service
When you place an order with Queer Market, you enter into a purchase agreement with us. These terms apply to every order made through our webshop.
Placing an order
When you order a product through our webshop, you submit a request to purchase that item.
We do our best to keep stock information accurate and up to date. However, availability may change. If an item turns out to be unavailable or cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible. You can then choose to cancel the order or wait for a new delivery date if available. Any payments made in advance will be refunded within 30 days.
Prices on our webshop may change at any time. If a product was listed with an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to correct this and cancel the order if necessary.

We aim to reply within 24 hours on working days.
Shipping and returns
We ship orders using PostNL and DHL within the EU and PostNL or UPS for orders outside the EU.
Shipping rates and delivery times are listed on our Shipping page. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.
Orders shipped outside the EU are exempt from Dutch VAT. Any customs duties, import taxes or local charges are the responsibility of the customer. These costs are not refundable.
Queer Market is not responsible for delays, loss or damage caused by shipping carriers. We act as an intermediary between you and the carrier.
Delivery status
As soon as your package is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a tracking code so you can follow your order.
Product presentation and quality
All product photos on our website are carefully created to represent the items as accurately as possible. Colours, materials and fit may still vary slightly depending on screen settings.
If the product you receive does not match the description or images on our webshop, please contact us so we can help find a solution.
Returns and refunds
You have the right to inspect your order after delivery. If you wish to return an item, this must be done within 14 days after receiving it.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged and in original condition, including all packaging, labels and tags. Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Until the return arrives at our address, you are responsible for the item. We strongly recommend returning items with tracking.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense. We do not refund return shipping fees.
Once we have received and approved your return, the product value will be refunded within 14 days.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us as soon as possible at

Exchanges are possible within 14 days after receiving your order and only for full price items. Each item is eligible for one exchange. Additional shipping costs may apply.
The same conditions apply to exchanges as to returns.
Use of content
All content on the Queer Market website, including images, logos, text and videos, is owned by Queer Market or our partners.
