We ship all Queer Market orders with PostNL or DHL. Every order is sent with track and trace. You will automatically receive your tracking link by email once your order is on its way.

Order processing
After completing your checkout, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please also check your spam folder just in case. This email contains your order overview and order number.
We process and pack orders as quickly as possible. During busy periods this may take slightly longer, but we always aim to ship the same or next working day.
Tracking your order
Once your order is packed and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. This allows you to follow your order all the way to your doorstep.
Returns & exchanges
Not happy with your purchase? No problem. You can return or exchange items within 14 days after receiving your order.
To start a return, please email us with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with the return address and instructions.
Conditions for returns
Items must be unused and in original condition
All original tags and packaging must be included
Returns must be sent with a tracking service
Please pack the items securely, label the box clearly with the return address, and drop it off at a reliable shipping carrier.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense. We do not refund return shipping costs.
Once we receive your return, it may take up to 5 working days to process. Refunds are issued within 14 days after approval.
Returns received later than 14 days after delivery cannot be refunded.
Customs and import duties
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local taxes, customs fees or import duties. These costs are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
Please make sure to mark returned items as returned goods on customs forms to avoid extra charges. Any customs fees paid on returned items cannot be refunded by us.
Delays during sales or holidays
During sale periods or holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer due to higher order volumes. We always do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible.
