Shipping Policy
Queer Market ships worldwide. We work with trusted carriers such as PostNL and DHL to make sure your order arrives safely. All shipments include track and trace, which you will receive by email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping destinations and rates
Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your location and are clearly shown during checkout.
The Netherlands
Delivery time 1 to 3 working days
Europe
Delivery time 3 to 7 working days
Worldwide
Delivery time 5 to 15 working days
Free shipping thresholds may apply and will be shown automatically at checkout.
Order processing
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible, usually within one working day. During busy periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. This allows you to follow your shipment from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Customs, taxes and duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union are exempt from Dutch VAT.
Any customs duties, import taxes or local fees charged by authorities in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These costs are not included in our shipping fees and cannot be refunded.
Delivery issues
Queer Market is not responsible for delays, loss or damage caused by shipping carriers. Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility lies with the shipping provider.
If your tracking shows an issue or delay, please contact the carrier directly. If you need help, you are always welcome to reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.
Incorrect address or failed delivery
Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt or refusal, additional shipping costs may apply before we can resend the order.
